ABOUT CHARMAINE
Charmaine Ann Thio is the regional brand ambassador for Hendrick’s Gin in Southeast Asia and a fervent advocate for the unusual. Born in the tropics of Singapore, She started working at the highly-awarded 28 HongKong Street in Singapore in 2015. She spent the next three and a half years honing her craft and eventually helming the ship as one of the venue’s head bartenders.
Always looking for opportunities to expand her horizons within the beverage industry, Charmaine is the first Singaporean to have been accepted into the Tales of the Cocktail Apprentice Programme for two consecutive years and was part of the first Asian cabin to be invited to the spirits camp, Camp Runamok in Kentucky, USA. She also holds a distinction in the Level 2 Award for Wine and Spirits from the acclaimed Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
