We’re hosting a gathering on behalf of Basque – Bar de Tapas. Please join us for a very special dinner in honour of a collaboration between two world-class chefs, serving seven course dinner paired with Hennessy. We’ll be convening at the table to commune, converse and pass along our stories. Come and enjoy the pleasure of this special meal, where we purposefully nourish ourselves beyond our physical hunger.

Chef Santiago Guerrero
A renowned international chef who has travelled all over the world to take on culinary challenges in every work station he has been. At the core of of Chef’s Guerrero’s cooking is a passion for quality and an eye for detail. His past works include executive chef of Groupo Dani Garcia Restaurante, Chef de Cuisine in Coqutea Restaurant and many more decorated hotels and restaurants all over the world.
Chef Issam Kouhkouh
A culinary expert with 17 years of experience crafting dishes in some of the most prestigious kitchens all around the world like Coqueta Restaurant California, La Dama Barcelona, The Melia White House London, and The M Doha. His approach to cooking is fluid. When he cooks, he tells a story. To him, each ingredient, each technique, each dish, all have to tell a harmonious story for the palate.
